| Palm Springs Y Rookies League
YMCA Y Rookies League is a non-competitive program for boys and girls to help them learn basic rules, skills and tactics of sports which will be rotated by session. Kids are encouraged to develop confidence, participate in healthy physical activity, and have fun. Games are modified to be developmentally appropriate, and each week a “character concept” will be introduced. Parents are encouraged to participate, too! The YMCA is excited to announce that classes will be taught by Palm Springs resident and YMCA Board member, Jim Francisco.
